Less than 24 hours before the Kassios Dias race and so our team would like to wish you the best of luck and give you some useful tips.
Let’s start with the weather. The forecast shows warm weather with some humidity and by noon the temperature will rise.
There are 6 food/ drink stations, the footpaths have been cleared but we would like to point out some areas that might need your attention. Since there will be some humidity, at the 5,5-6km mark the terrain might be slippery. Then from 4-10 km is the most challenging part since there is a difference in elevation. From the 14-20km you will find yourself running by the sea. Then you are on your way towards the finishing line, leaving you with the last short uphill kilometer.
